Our consulting skills are mostly applied to business change and transformation.  Our strength is in supporting people to engage with new ways of working. This can include identifying and developing change leaders; mapping change impact; managing resistance and creating engagement; facilitating groups dealing with specific issues; testing temperature via surveys; and communications planning.

Some examples of the work we’ve done are:

Support the ‘people aspects’ of change resulting from the implementation of
  new and significant IT infrastructure.
Support specialists (HR, Financial Controllers etc) to change their ways
  of working and take on ‘Business Partner’ roles.
Post-acquisition strategy review and development. Ensure there is a clear
  vision, direction and priorities. Equip leaders to face the challenge.
